About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media & Ads Specialist to manage our social media presence and execute high-performing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, stay updated with social media trends, and have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and other advertising platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
Write compelling captions and coordinate with the design team for creatives.
Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports.




Stay updated on the latest social media trends, features, and best practices.

Paid Advertising
Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
Set up and monitor campaigns for lead generation, website traffic, brand awareness, and conversions.
Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting.
Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
Manage advertising budgets effectively.
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
