Drive revenue growth, set sales budgets, and monitor profitability across all assigned stores.
Oversee daily multi-unit retail operations, ensure smooth workflow, and implement company-wide standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate store managers and frontline staff. Manage rosters, allocate duties, and drive team performance.
Ensure strict adherence to pharmaceutical regulations, licensing requirements, and safety standards.
Monitor stock levels across the cluster to prevent stockouts and minimize expiries.
Coordinate local marketing activities, promotional events, and advertising to boost footfall and brand visibility.
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
