Role Overview:

We’re looking for a creative and execution-focused Copywriter & Social Media Executive to manage end-to-end content across social media, website, and e-commerce platforms. The role involves copywriting, content ideation, execution, and campaign management. Should be able to take ownership of the brand voice across all communication touchpoints for Caim by Årelang and Årelang Naturals. This is a brand voice ownership role AND requires ownership, thinking, and writing capability. You will work closely with the Brand Communication Manager to understand the tone, philosophy, and scientific depth of the brand, and gradually take over the day-to-day writing, editing, and communication direction across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Ability to write creative copy as per Brand Tone and Voice
Write copy for social media, website, and e-commerce platforms
Create scripts for ad films, reels, and campaigns
Plan and execute social media calendars (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook,Pinterest, YouTube)
Lead content ideation, campaigns, and moment marketing
Manage ad shoots – scripting, coordination,



and execution
Act as content SPOC, liaising with internal teams and external agencies
Track trends and optimize content based on performance

Requirements
Qualification: Graduate (Marketing, Mass Communication, English, or related field preferred)
2–5 years of experience in copywriting + social media execution
Robust experience in website & e-commerce copywriting
Proven ability in ad script writing and campaign ideation
Excellent written English and storytelling skills, understanding of social media platforms and trends

Positive to Have
Experience in D2C / wellness/lifestyle brands
Basic understanding of social media metrics analysis
Experience with creators/UGC content

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
