Position: Senior Planning & Quantity Engineer

Location: Kharagpur

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Planning and Quantity Engineer with a robust background in highway and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and managing quantities to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of works.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and update project schedules, progress reports, and look-ahead plans using Primavera / MS Project.
Coordinate with site teams to track physical and financial progress.
Prepare quantification sheets, BOQ reconciliations, and material consumption statements.
Verify contractor bills and support in client billing, variations, and claims.
Assist in micro-planning, resource forecasting, and productivity analysis.
Monitor project milestones and highlight deviations with corrective action plans.




Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams for smooth workflow.
Maintain accurate records of executed quantities, drawings, and approvals.

Requirements:
Minimum 15 years of experience in planning and quantity management for road/highway/infrastructure projects.
Robust knowledge of construction methods, project cost control, and rate analysis.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project, Excel, and standard quantity estimation tools.
Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and capability)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
