The Shift Incharge/Executive Production is responsible for overseeing the production process in the brewing department, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems within the brewing industry and the ability to lead a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Oversight: Manage the daily operations of the brewing process, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
Team Leadership: Supervise and train production staff, fostering a protected and productive work setting.
Mechanical and Electrical Handling: Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues that arise during production. Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is functioning optimally.
Quality Control: Monitor product quality at various stages of production,
implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety among team members.
Inventory Management: Assist in managing raw materials and finished goods inventory, coordinating with supply chain teams as needed.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production activities and report on key performance indicators to management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in production management within the brewing or beverage industry.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control processes.
Pay: ₹44,731.47 - ₹50,095.22 per month
