Job Description – Civil Engineer

Position: Civil Engineer
Location: Alibag
Experience: 10 Years
Industry: Construction (Residential / Commercial / Villa Projects)

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day site execution activities for civil and structural works.
Handle RCC work, waterproofing, masonry, plastering, finishing, and related construction activities.
Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
Monitor site progress, manpower, material usage, and productivity.
Maintain proper site documentation and records.
Prepare daily progress reports, labour reports, material reports, and site updates.
Ensure safety and quality standards are followed at the site.
Resolve technical and execution-related issues during project execution.
Conduct regular site inspections and monitor project activities.





Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of RCC, waterproofing, masonry, plastering, and structural work.
Experience in handling Residential, Commercial, and Villa projects.
Positive understanding of site execution, civil/structural activities, and project coordination.
Knowledge of site documentation and reporting.
Ability to manage labour, contractors, and site activities efficiently.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification:
BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Candidate should have experience in Civil/Structural construction projects.
Solid site handling and reporting experience preferred.
Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
