Identify current product opportunities based on customer needs and market trends.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Generate and evaluate current product ideas and concepts.
Develop product specifications, concepts, and preliminary business plans.
Coordinate with R&D; and production teams during product development.
Prepare product samples and coordinate testing and trials.
Work with quality teams to ensure products meet required standards.
Coordinate packaging, labeling, branding, and product positioning.
Conduct product costing and support pricing decisions.
Coordinate pilot production and product validation.
Support product launch activities in coordination with marketing and sales teams.
Collect customer and market feedback after product launch.
Monitor product performance and recommend improvements.
Maintain NPD documentation, timelines, and project reports.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
