About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Multimodality Engineer to provide installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for medical imaging and biomedical equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of multimodality medical equipment.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic and electromechanical equipment at customer sites.
Attend service calls and ensure timely resolution of equipment issues with minimal downtime.
Coordinate with service contractors for maintenance activities and collection of service-related documentation.
Train customers on equipment operation, preventive maintenance, and proper equipment handling.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through timely follow-ups and technical support.
Ensure closure of all assigned service calls within the defined timelines.
Prepare and submit service reports, preventive maintenance reports, and other required documentation to the branch office.
Coordinate with the Service Coordinator to arrange spare parts required for equipment repairs.




Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety guidelines, and service protocols.

Qualifications
Diploma with 5 years of relevant experience, or
B.Tech with 2+ years of experience in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering.

Experience
2–4 years of experience in servicing and maintaining biomedical or medical imaging equipment.

Required Skills
Strong troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills.
Knowledge of biomedical, medical imaging, electronic, and electromechanical equipment.
Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
Positive documentation and reporting abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage service schedules.
Willingness to travel locally for on-site service support.

Pay: ₹33,333.00 - ₹41,666.00 per month
