Job Title: Senior Executive – Finance

Location: Country Inn Premier, Mussoorie
Department: Finance & Accounts
Reports To: Finance Manager / General Manager

Job Summary:

The Senior Executive – Finance will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations of the hotel, ensuring accurate accounting, compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting financial planning and analysis. The role requires solid attention to detail, hospitality industry understanding, and the ability to work in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounting operations including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
Ensure timely vendor payments and follow-ups on receivables
Prepare and review daily revenue reports, night audit checks, and MIS reports
Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and bank transactions
Assist in monthly closing, P&L; preparation, and variance analysis
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations
Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
Maintain proper documentation and financial records
Support budgeting and forecasting activities




Work closely with Front Office and F&B; teams for revenue reconciliation

Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) / Finance; MBA or CA Inter preferred
3–5 years of experience in finance/accounts, preferably in hospitality
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation (GST, TDS)
Familiarity with hotel accounting software (IDS, Opera, Tally, etc.)
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Robust communication and coordination abilities

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
