House of Gamers is looking for a responsible and energetic Gaming Café Operations Intern to help manage our day-to-day gaming café operations.

You will be responsible for ensuring that customers have a smooth gaming experience while keeping the gaming floor organised and running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day gaming café operations and customer flow.
Handle customer bookings, walk-ins, gaming sessions and basic queries.
Manage billing, payments and daily sales records.
Ensure gaming stations, consoles, controllers and accessories are ready for customers.
Handle basic troubleshooting of gaming setups and coordinate when technical support is required.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the gaming area.
Monitor equipment and report any damage or technical issues.
Assist with offers, tournaments, events and gaming activities.
Maintain daily reports of bookings, sales and customer footfall.
Coordinate with the café/team to ensure smooth opening and closing operations.
Provide friendly and qualified customer service.

Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Responsible, punctual and comfortable working independently.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to learn and take ownership of daily operations.
Prior experience in a gaming café, café, retail or customer-service role is a plus but not mandatory.
