Key Responsibilities
Ensure all vehicles meet company quality standards before dispatch.
Manage Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), and Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) activities.
Conduct final inspection and testing of assembled e-bikes before release for dispatch.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality checklists, inspection procedures, and testing standards.
Monitor and reduce defects, rework, and warranty failures through systematic quality control.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Procurement teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
Ensure proper testing of critical components such as batteries, controllers, motors, chargers, brakes, lights, and wiring harnesses.
Maintain records of inspections, test reports, rejections, and corrective actions.
Monitor supplier quality performance and report recurring issues.




Train assembly operators and inspectors on quality standards and inspection procedures.
Ensure traceability of chassis numbers, motor numbers, battery numbers, and controller batches.
Conduct periodic process audits and quality audits on the shop floor.
Support warranty analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce field failures.
Ensure all vehicles released for dispatch have successfully passed PDI and are free from defects.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (Required)
5–8 years of Quality Management experience in EV, Automotive, or Manufacturing.
Knowledge of Quality Tools (7 QC Tools, 8D, FMEA, SPC, CAPA).
ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
