Job Purpose

The Address Verification Executive will be responsible for conducting residential address verification through remote/digital processes as part of employee background verification. This is not a field job. The role involves validating address details, using geotagging and digital mapping tools, coordinating with verification sources, and accurately documenting findings.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct address verification for candidates as per client and company requirements.
Verify the candidate’s residential address using available digital/online sources and verification processes.
Use Google Maps, geotagging, GPS/location-based tools and digital mapping platforms to validate the location and address.
Analyse geotagged photographs, location coordinates and other supporting evidence submitted as part of the verification.
Coordinate with candidates, field executives/vendors or other verification sources remotely, wherever required.
Cross-check address details against the information provided by the candidate.
Identify discrepancies, incomplete information or inconsistencies in address details.
Update verification findings accurately in the BGV system/portal.




Prepare clear and factual verification reports based on the available evidence.
Follow defined SOPs, turnaround times and quality standards.
Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information.
Escalate discrepancies, exceptions or potentially adverse findings to the concerned supervisor.

Required Skills
Positive understanding of Google Maps, geotagging, GPS coordinates and location pinning.
Comfortable working with digital mapping and online verification tools.
Good computer skills, particularly MS Excel and web-based applications.
Robust attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
Positive written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyse information and make accurate observations.
Ability to work within defined TATs and handle multiple verification cases.
Good documentation and reporting skills.

Eligibility
Freshers with good computer and analytical skills can be considered.
Prior experience in Background Verification, Address Verification, KYC, data validation or verification operations will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹8,862.36 - ₹18,000.00 per month
