Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, referrals, databases, and other sourcing platforms.
Use Boolean search techniques to identify and source relevant IT candidates across LinkedIn, job portals, and candidate databases.
Create and optimize Boolean search strings using keywords, job titles, skills, technologies, locations, and experience levels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
Manage candidate follow-ups, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate pipelines.
Ensure timely closure of positions and a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills
Experience in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.




Robust knowledge of Boolean search techniques and advanced candidate sourcing methods.
Ability to create effective Boolean search strings for technical and IT roles.
Solid communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced workplace.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree / Postgraduate qualification.
2–7 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.
Experience in staffing, consulting, or product-based organizations is preferred.
Experience in sourcing candidates for various IT technologies and skill sets is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
