F&B; Supervisor – Job Description
Supervise daily operations of the Food & Beverage outlet and ensure smooth service.
Lead and guide the F&B; team to deliver productive and qualified guest service.
Monitor food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and hygiene.
Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
Ensure proper setup, service, and closing procedures are followed.
Monitor stock, equipment, and operational requirements.
Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, safety, and service standards.
Train and support team members to improve service quality and guest satisfaction.

Skills & Requirements:
Good communication and leadership skills.
Strong guest-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
Previous experience in a supervisory F&B; role mostly preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
