Job Title: HR Executive

Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to manage our company's human resources operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, handling employee relations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Facilitate seamless employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases securely.
Address employee queries, manage grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture.
Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll processing preparation.
Organize employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.

Requirements:




Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Generalist, or similar role.
Robust understanding of general HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR Management Software (HRIS/HRMS).
High level of confidentiality and solid interpersonal skills.
Local language is mandate

Pay: ₹10,761.43 - ₹25,000.00 per month
