Account Manager – Post-Payment & Collections

Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)

Shift: Night Shift (Monday–Friday, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the Role

Aspire Jobs is hiring an Account Manager to manage post-enrollment payment collections for our U.S. IT staffing business. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to professionally handle payment follow-ups while maintaining positive candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Follow up on pending payments through calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.
Collect payments as per agreed schedules.
Negotiate payment plans when required.
Resolve payment-related concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate payment records and CRM updates.
Coordinate with internal teams on payment matters.
Prepare daily and weekly collection reports.
Escalate overdue or high-risk accounts.

Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English (Mandatory).




1–4 years of experience in Collections, Account Management, Customer Support, Inside Sales, Recruitment, EdTech, or a similar role.
Solid communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
Experience with U.S. clients or installment-based collections is a plus.
