Key Objective:

To provide friendly and effective service to guests by keeping the dining area clean and comfortable, ensuring smooth table service, and supporting the restaurant team to deliver a valuable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Keep the dining area clean, neat, and hygienic.
Welcome guests and assist them with seating and menu information.
Explicit used plates, glasses, and cutlery promptly.
Attend to guest requests and provide timely service.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure food is served on time.
Handle reservations, waiting lists, and table arrangements.
Check and refill necessary dining items and supplies.
Work closely with the restaurant team for smooth operations.
Listen to guest complaints and help resolve issues professionally.
Support the team during events, functions, and special occasions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
