We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our team as Trainees in Confectionery and Bakery.
Assist in preparation of bakery and confectionery items such as breads, cakes, cookies, pastries, chocolates, and desserts.
Follow standard recipes and instructions from senior chefs.
Help in measuring ingredients, mixing batters/doughs, and operating baking equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and equipment.
Monitor inventory and inform supervisors about low stock or expired items.
Support with packaging and labeling of finished goods.
Adhere to safety, sanitation, and food handling protocols.
Participate in training sessions and on-the-job learning activities.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:




Passion for baking and confectionery.
Basic knowledge of baking ingredients and tools is a plus.
Willingness to learn and take direction.
Positive teamwork and communication skills.
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Culinary/baking certification or enrollment in relevant course is an advantage (but not mandatory).

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
