Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sector.
Generate leads through architects, consultants, builders, industries, government departments, and private clients.
Track and identify government and private tenders through various tender portals.
Prepare and submit Expressions of Interest (EOIs), prequalification documents, and business proposals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, project management companies (PMCs), and decision-makers.
Coordinate with estimation, tendering, and project teams for timely bid submissions.
Arrange client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
