About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage and lead a team of around ten members in our EdTech startup, where we teach Unreal Engine and game development skills to students.

The ideal candidate should be a solid people manager who can take ownership of team performance, improve productivity, monitor daily operations, and ensure a high-quality experience for students.

Key Responsibilities
Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of ten or more members.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team.
Track individual and overall team performance.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Identify underperforming team members and create improvement plans.
Handle team conflicts and resolve issues professionally.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and targets.
Maintain strong communication within a fully remote team.
Monitor student feedback and work with the team to improve satisfaction.
Train new team members and help them become productive quickly.
Prepare regular performance reports for management.




Take ownership of team targets and overall outcomes.
Build processes that improve team productivity and efficiency.

Requirements
Two or more years of experience in Team Lead or Team Management roles.
Previous experience managing a team of ten or more people is preferred.
Experience in EdTech, education, sales, customer success, or a similar workplace is preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage a remote team independently.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a rapid-paced startup workplace.
Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to coach and develop team members.
Comfortable working with performance metrics and reports.
Strong ownership mentality and accountability for results.
