Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and agile BU Head - Server Storage to lead our Server Storage business unit in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware sales within the system integration industry and possess the leadership skills required to drive business growth, manage a high-performing team, and build strategic client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Server Storage Business Unit, driving revenue growth and profitability.
Develop and execute sales strategies targeting enterprise clients, system integrators, and channel partners.
Build and nurture solid relationships with key customers, vendors, and partners.
Identify recent business opportunities and expand market presence for server and storage solutions.
Manage the sales team, set targets, provide coaching, and monitor performance.
Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.




Prepare and present regular business reports and forecasts to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in hardware sales, with a focus on server and storage solutions.
Prior experience in a leadership role, managing sales teams and business units.
Strong understanding of system integration and enterprise IT infrastructure.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging sales targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is a plus.

Working Conditions:
Location: Gurugram office
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, with the 1st Saturday of the month as a working day.
Full-time position with potential for travel as per business needs.
