Architect with minimum 8 years of experience, worked in any releveant architecture firm

We are looking for a creative, experienced, and detail-oriented Architect to lead residential, commercial, and renovation projects from concept development through execution. The ideal candidate will have strong architectural design and technical expertise, excellent client-handling skills, and proven experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural projects from concept design to project execution.
Develop cutting-edge and functional designs for residential, commercial, hospitality,
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, working drawings, and project documentation
Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and site execution teams.
Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations, local authority requirements, and permit procedures.
Review drawings, materials,



and workmanship to maintain design intent and project quality.
Manage project schedules, deliverables, and coordination to ensure timely project completion.
Handle client requirements, presentations, design revisions, and approvals professionally.
Identify and resolve design and site-related issues in coordination with relevant teams.

Requirements
Minimum 8 years of skilled experience in architecture, with relevant experience in residential, commercial, and renovation projects.
Solid knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, and site execution.
Good communication, coordination, and client-management skills.
Ability to independently handle projects and effectively lead or coordinate with project teams.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to quality.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
