About the Role:
Artfills is looking for a target-oriented Assistant Team Leader – Customer Support* to manage a team of 3–4 members and drive smooth class booking operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and guide a team of 3–4 Customer Support Executives.
Drive daily class bookings and team targets*.
Monitor calls, follow-ups, bookings and team performance.
Track MIS/data and make data-driven decisions* to improve conversions.
Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth class scheduling and bookings.
Coach team members and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2+ years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Inside Sales or similar roles.
Experience managing a 3–4 member team.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Target and result-oriented approach.
Robust analytical and data-handling skills.
Positive knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
EdTech experience will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
