We are hiring an Executive Engineer – Maintenance for our Halol Plant (Vadodara – Asoj location). The role involves ensuring smooth plant operations through effective maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Ensure maximum machine availability and minimize downtime.
Coordinate machine installation, commissioning, and utility connections.
Monitor KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, breakdown analysis).
Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement.
Supervise technicians and contractors, ensuring secure work practices.
Maintain records, SOPs, checklists, and documentation.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Projects teams.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and statutory requirements.

Qualifications




B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
3–7 years of experience in industrial maintenance (manufacturing preferred).
