Team Leader – Sales Job Responsibilities
Support the Branch Manager in achieving monthly and yearly sales targets.
Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to improve performance.
Monitor daily sales activities and ensure sales processes are followed.
Assist in recruiting, training, and coaching recent sales executives.
Track sales leads and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Monitor showroom footfall, inquiries, test drives, and booking conversions.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams for smooth vehicle deliveries.
Ensure proper stock management and coordinate vehicle availability with inventory.
Plan and execute sales campaigns, promotional activities, and local marketing events.




Analyze competitors' activities and market trends to identify business opportunities.
Monitor team attendance, discipline, and productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and dealership standards.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
Support the Branch Manager in overall branch operations and decision-making.
Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor KPIs such as inquiry generation, conversion ratio, retail sales, and revenue.
Conduct daily sales meetings and review team performance.
Prepare action plans to improve branch sales and profitability.

Pay: ₹14,474.65 - ₹35,166.52 per month
