A Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) at Helios (Titan Company's premium watch division) is a front-line brand ambassador.

Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Greet customers warmly, understand their style preferences, and educate them on high-end watch features, materials, and pricing.
Customer Retention: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and loyalty to the Helios brand.
Store Operations: Maintain store visual merchandising standards, keep inventory areas organized, and ensure smooth billing and stock tracking.
After-Sales Support: Handle customer inquiries, assist with warranty claims, and coordinate watch servicing.

Requirements & Skills
Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate is preferred.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in retail sales, preferably with luxury watches, jewelry, or premium lifestyle brands.
Skills: Excellent communication, solid interpersonal skills, a customer-first mindset, and a polished, qualified demeanor
Must be from English medium school background

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
