Present products/services in a persuasive and informative manner.
Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Ensure active listening, empathy, and problem-solving.
Generate and maintain reports related to call outcomes and performance metrics.
Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and compliance standards.
Maintain a high level of quality in all interactions and transactions.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
