About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on person to manage the setup, maintenance and day-to-day readiness of our Airbnb properties.

Key Responsibilities
Set up and launch recent CocoLuxe properties.
Purchase furniture, décor, kitchen essentials and other required items within budget.
Coordinate with plumbers, electricians, AC technicians, carpenters and other vendors.
Handle property maintenance and follow up until issues are resolved.
Coordinate housekeeping and ensure apartments are clean and guest-ready.
Conduct property inspections before guest check-in.
Maintain inventory of linen, toiletries, décor and essentials.
Coordinate property photography and assist with listing preparation.
Report and close maintenance,



housekeeping and property-related issues.

Requirements
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Comfortable travelling to properties across Pune.
Practical, proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
Two-wheeler preferred.
Hospitality, property management, housekeeping or real estate experience is an advantage.
