Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage production plans based on demand forecasts and capacity.
Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
Monitor daily production activities and adjust schedules as needed.
Optimize resource utilization to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with quality and maintenance teams to minimize disruptions.
Generate reports on production performance and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or related field.
Robust knowledge of manufacturing processes and planning tools.
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and MS Excel.
Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills.
Positive communication and coordination abilities.

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
