Job Description

The Telemarketing Executive is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, converting marketing leads into showroom visits or sales, and maintaining solid customer relationships. The role focuses on lead follow-up, appointment booking, promoting jewellery collections, schemes, and offers, and ensuring high conversion rates.

Excellent communication and persuasion skills

Fluency in Tamil / Malayalam / English / Hindi (depending on location)

Qualifications

Any Graduate / Diploma

1 – 3 years experience in telemarketing / telesales / customer service

Jewellery retail experience preferred

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
