Key Responsibilities:
Dining Area Cleaning:
Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and countertops after each guest leaves.
Sweep and mop floors regularly, ensuring dining areas are spotless.
Dust and clean windows, light fixtures, and other surfaces.
Kitchen and Back-of-House Support:
Assist with maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and prep areas (e.g., cleaning floors, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring proper waste disposal).
Empty trash bins and dispose of garbage properly.
Support the kitchen staff by cleaning dishes, utensils, and equipment as needed.
Assist with Set-up and Closing:
Help with setting up dining areas before opening and cleaning up at the end of the day.
Assist in any additional cleaning tasks to prepare the restaurant for the next shift or business day.
Hygiene and Safety:
Follow all cleaning protocols and health regulations to ensure the restaurant maintains high standards of hygiene and safety.
