This full time, on-site position will be based in the vibrant region of Punjab, covering cities including Chandigarh, Amritsar, Ludhiana, and Jalandhar. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales strategies and enhancing customer engagement within the insurance industry.

In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales plans that align with our company’s goals. You will work closely with our sales team to foster relationships with clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey. This position offers a market-competitive salary range of ₹400,000 - ₹900,000 annually, along with opportunities for growth and development in a thriving industry.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets




Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and partners

Requirements
