Shift: Rotational Shifts
Job Responsibilities:
Operate VMC machines with Mitsubishi control.
Perform machine operations as per engineering drawings and work instructions.
Handle tool setting, tool offsets and basic machine adjustments.
Monitor machining processes and ensure required quality standards.
Perform in-process inspection using basic measuring instruments.
Maintain production and quality requirements.
Follow safety, 5S and standard operating procedures.
Identify and report machine or process abnormalities.
Requirements:
2–5 years of hands-on VMC operating experience.
ITI or Diploma qualification.
Experience on Mitsubishi-controlled VMC machines preferred.
Aerospace industry experience will be an advantage.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Knowledge of basic measuring instruments and machining processes.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
