About the Company

We are a leading manufacturer of high-quality rubber and plastic products, specializing in Rubber Floor Tiles, PU Dumbbells, Steel Dumbbells, Gym Flooring, and Fitness Accessories. We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Officer to expand our customer base and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, gyms, sports equipment suppliers, and institutional clients.
Promote and sell Rubber Floor Tiles, PU Dumbbells, Steel Dumbbells, Gym Flooring, and other rubber & plastic products.
Generate new business opportunities and maintain solid customer relationships.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and order closures.
Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for timely order execution.




Prepare daily visit reports and submit sales updates to management.
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.

Required Skills
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Robust interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Knowledge of the rubber, plastic, gym equipment, will be an added advantage.

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Preferred).
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales.
Experience in rubber products, plastic products, gym equipment, fitness accessories, flooring materials,will be preferred.
Local candidates from Bhiwadi, Alwar, nearby areas will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
