Job Overview

Vriddhi Landmart Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Marketing to lead and motivate a team of marketing professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, be target-driven, and have the ability to achieve team and organizational goals.

Candidates with prior experience in the real estate industry will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 8–12 marketing executives.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets and ensure their achievement.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to generate business.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Coordinate with management to achieve business objectives.
Ensure discipline, productivity, and high-performance standards within the team.




Prepare and submit regular performance reports.

Requirements
Experience: 2–6 years as a Team Leader or in a similar leadership role.
Proven experience in handling a team of 8–12 members.
Robust leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Real estate industry experience is highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
