Translate requirements into robust technical solutions
Review code, guide team on architecture & best practices
Manage sprints, timelines, scope & deliverables
Oversee customizations, API integrations & data migration
Drive Agile ceremonies & ensure quality releases
Support UAT, training & post-go-live success

Qualifications & Skills
Robust development background in ERPNext/Frappe (preferred)
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, REST APIs
Deep understanding of ERP modules (HR, Finance, Inventory, CRM, etc.)
Robust debugging, problem-solving & team leadership skills
Hands-on with SDLC, Git & Agile workflows

Nice To Have
Cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP)
DevOps exposure: CI/CD, Docker, bench
