Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage the LWA division to ensure excellent service and client satisfaction.
Recruit and onboard new Lokmanya Wealth Advisors.
Build strong relationships with high-value clients and provide personalized advice.
Drive cross-selling efforts and ensure compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery.
Monitor client performance and identify growth opportunities.
Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
8+ years of leadership experience in banking or financial services.
Robust interpersonal, problem-solving,
and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and banking software.
Knowledge of banking products, regulations, and best practices.
