We are hiring a Café Manager to handle end-to-end operations of a 50-seater premium café. The role involves managing a team of 8–15 staff, ensuring excellent customer experience, and driving daily sales of ₹80,000 to ₹1,00,000+.

Key Responsibilities

Operations
Manage daily café operations (coffee bar, kitchen, and service floor)
Ensure smooth and rapid service during peak hours
Maintain hygiene, quality, and SOP standards

Team Management
Lead and manage a team of 8–15 staff
Handle duty rosters, training, and performance monitoring
Ensure discipline and team coordination

Sales & Revenue
Achieve daily sales targets (₹1 lakh+)
Increase average bill value through upselling
Implement offers, combos, and sales strategies

Customer Experience
Deliver excellent customer service
Handle complaints and feedback professionally
Build repeat customer base

Inventory & Cost Control
Manage stock and vendor coordination




Control food cost and reduce wastage
Ensure proper storage and usage

Reporting
Maintain daily sales reports and cash handling
Track expenses and profitability
Coordinate with owners for performance updates

Requirements
2–5 years experience in café / restaurant / QSR
Experience managing team of 8+ staff
Strong leadership and communication skills
Basic knowledge of coffee and food operations
Sales-driven mindset
