Job Summary:

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role involves managing a portfolio of clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, client-focused individual with excellent communication and sales skills, capable of driving growth and fostering trust.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture solid, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving financial needs, objectives, and challenges.
Identify and pursue recent business prospects within the existing client base and through referrals to expand the portfolio.
Present and cross-sell appropriate financial products and services (e.g., investments, loans, insurance, wealth management) that align with client requirements.




Conduct regular client reviews to assess portfolio performance, adjust strategies, and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product specialists, credit analysts, and operations, to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
Resolve client inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring a high level of service.
Prepare detailed reports on client interactions, portfolio performance, and sales activities.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and foster relationships.
