Telesales – E-commerce Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telesales – E-commerce Executive to handle customer calls, generate leads, promote e-commerce products/services, and convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Generate leads and follow up with prospects.
Explain products/services and handle customer queries.
Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain customer information and call records.
Follow up with customers for successful closures.

Requirements:
Positive communication skills in Hindi & English.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce and online products/services.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
Comfortable working with sales targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
