Accounts Executive

Location: Dalhousie, Kolkata
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting and taxation activities in a CA Firm. The candidate must have practical knowledge of GST, TDS, Audit, and BRC (Bank Reconciliation) and should be comfortable working with accounting records and client-related financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting and financial records.
Handle GST calculation, reconciliation, and return-related work.
Prepare and manage TDS calculations, deductions, and returns.
Assist in audit preparation and provide required documents/details.
Perform Bank Reconciliation (BRC/BRS) and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, invoices, and other accounting records.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with clients for required accounting and taxation documents.
Maintain proper documentation and records as per CA Firm requirements.




Support senior accountants/CA in accounting, taxation, and audit assignments.

Required Skills
Practical knowledge of GST
Practical knowledge of TDS
Audit experience
Robust knowledge of Bank Reconciliation
Positive knowledge of MS Excel
Knowledge of Tally / accounting software
Valuable accounting fundamentals
Good attention to detail

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
