Job Responsibilities
Generate new business prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other lead generation channels.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with potential clients.
Build and maintain robust client relationships.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales documentation.
Update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills




Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of IT services, software solutions, or SaaS products.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
