Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and energetic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a lively and welcoming bar atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes
Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Ensure proper stock levels of bar ingredients and supplies
Check customer identification and ensure legal drinking age compliance
Handle cash, billing, and POS operations accurately
Follow hygiene and safety standards
Create a positive and engaging guest experience

Requirements:




Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role
Knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, and beverage preparation
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Versatile to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in bartending or hospitality
Experience in hotels, pubs, lounges, or restaurants

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
