Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, sambhar, chutneys, and regional specialties.
Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation as per brand standards.
Assist senior chefs (DCDP/CDP) in daily kitchen operations.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards.
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control.
Ensure proper storage of raw materials and ingredients.
Follow SOPs for food preparation and kitchen operations.
Minimize wastage and maintain cost control practices.
Support in training junior kitchen staff when required
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
