Monitor the production activities of the floor so as to ensure order completion is done as per plan
Make the plan for the floor to run the production as per of delivery schedule.
Take necessary action on the issues based on the production reports
Monitoring and controlling the absenteeism of the operators
Helping the HRD in controlling the turn over of the employees
Co-ordinate with other Department Heads or Unit Heads to fulfill the order requirements.
Make sure the implemented systems run smoothly in the production floor
Give the required feedback to the Higher Management




To ensure proper coordination between planning, cutting, sewing, checking and finishing etc.
Coordination with concerned Buyer QA regarding quality requirement of an order
Shall approve any changes in the style in co ordination with merchandiser / buyer QC in Sampling.
Reviewing the Process performance of the Sewing Section
Job Types: Permanent, Full time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
