Manage and supervise all hotel departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, etc.).
Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service quality.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Recruit, train, and manage hotel staff.
Prepare work schedules and monitor employee performance.
Control hotel expenses and manage budgets.
Monitor room occupancy, revenue, and daily operations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
Maintain hotel policies and operational procedures.
Oversee housekeeping standards and room quality.
Manage reservations and improve customer experience.
Prepare reports on sales, revenue, and operational performance.
Develop strategies to increase bookings and revenue.
Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
