Job Title: Academic Counsellor

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students in selecting the right academic programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to build trust while helping students make informed educational decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, admissions, and career pathways.
Understand students' educational goals and recommend suitable courses.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up with leads, and convert enquiries into admissions.
Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
Maintain regular communication with prospective students throughout the admission process.




Assist applicants with documentation and application formalities.
Maintain and update student records in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets while ensuring a high-quality student experience.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and other promotional activities when required.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree is an added advantage).
1–3 years of experience in academic counselling, admissions, education sales, or student advisory services.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
