Sales Manager – Skinroots Clinic | Skin Treatments & Hair Transplant

Skinroots Clinic, a trusted name in advanced skin treatments and hair transplant procedures, is looking for a passionate Sales Manager to join our team and help transform patients’ lives.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective patients to provide detailed information about skin and hair treatment options, addressing questions and concerns accurately.
Actively promote clinic services and encourage bookings with solid persuasive communication and interpersonal skills.
Guide patients through treatment plans, financing options, and follow-ups to facilitate a smooth decision-making process.
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, sales leads, and appointment schedules.
Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff to ensure a seamless patient experience from consultation to post-treatment care.
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall clinic revenue growth.




Attend training sessions to stay updated on latest treatments and industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in sales, preferably within healthcare, dermatology, aesthetics, or related fields.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
Robust customer service orientation with empathy for patient needs.
Goal-driven with a track record of meeting sales targets.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM or appointment scheduling software is a plus.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
