Position Accounts Executive Qualification
Knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting principles is preferred.

Experience
1–5 years of experience in Accounts and Finance
Freshers with valuable accounting knowledge may also apply.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
Maintain purchase and sales records and verify supporting documents.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements as required.




Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with customers and vendors.
Maintain petty cash records and expense statements.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments for financial matters.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry in Tally ERP and maintain proper documentation.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Desired Skills
Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office applications.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance requirements.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
