WE’RE HIRING | Team Lead – Quick Commerce Location: Coimbatore Experience: 2–4 Years Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA Employment Type: Full-time We’re looking for a Team Lead – Quick Commerce to join a rapid-growing team and drive operational excellence in a dynamic quick commerce environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage key client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery Lead, train, and mentor junior operations team members Build and optimize operational processes across fulfillment, inventory, and last-mile delivery Maintain SOPs, documentation, and performance reports Collaborate with product and tech teams to improve internal tools and operational efficiency What We’re Looking For: 2–4 years of experience in Brands, E-commerce, or Quick Commerce Strong understanding of dark store operations, inventory processes, POs, and paid campaigns Experience in team management, process creation, and stakeholder communication Solid analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets If you’re passionate about quick commerce and ready to take ownership in a high-growth workplace, we’d love to hear from you.
